Our Misson
KIPNA is an organization of (mostly) Kenyan diaspora IT professionals primarily in the North America region. KIPNA is a way for us to come together and provide a platform to grow members' professional networks, develop and foster relationships, learn from collective experience, and mentor the next generation.
The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be:
- Teamwork - Develop the power of “we” by leveraging like-minded and industry professionals to discover your next opportunity and get help solving your current problems.
- Entrepreneurship - Provide a platform for members for talks by local innovators who show how they leveraged their passion and started their own business.
- Professional Empowerment - Interview coaching to develop interview strategy & build strong resumés by sharpening your interview skills and learn what's killing your resumé from guest HR managers & recruiters.
