Teamwork
We develop the power of “we” - connecting members with peers who can help uncover opportunities, share experience, and solve real professional challenges.
Kenyan IT Professionals in North America brings people together to grow their networks, learn from one another, build lasting relationships, and help the next generation thrive in technology.
KIPNA grew from a simple but important need: Kenyan professionals working in technology needed a dependable space to find one another, exchange knowledge, and open doors together. Since around 2016, that idea has grown into a multi-country professional network.
Our roots are in the Kenyan diaspora across North America, while our community increasingly reflects the global journeys of our members. What remains constant is a shared commitment to connection, professional growth, service, and opportunity.
The principles from KIPNA's original mission remain at the center of how the organization serves its members.
We develop the power of “we” - connecting members with peers who can help uncover opportunities, share experience, and solve real professional challenges.
We help members strengthen their professional image, sharpen interview skills, learn from industry leaders, and make informed career moves.
We invest in those coming up behind us - connecting students and young professionals with mentors who open doors, share hard-won lessons, and help them find their place in technology.
